Medical Relief Fund
 The poverty of our families and the lack of proper housing and sanitation is a breeding ground for disease. Respiratory ailments, nervous and mental illness, work related injuries and many insect borne diseases such as malaria and filaria among many others. are common. Having a healthy house and regular healthy meals makes a huge difference. But for those who do not have those basic neccesities, disease is commonplace. Medical treatment for the poor is free in India however not medicines. Consequently, due to lack of proper medicines, many diseases go unattended causing chronic illness and death.
Currently the FFA office in India assists patients requiring regular medication with funds for filling prescriptions for which they lack the money. In addition patients requiring emergency health care or hospitalization come seeking aid. We regularly check with our families to see how they are doing with regards to health.
Your donation to this fund enables us to assist more families with much needed medical help. Without health, a family cannot earn a living to feed the family nor can sick children attend school to get the education that can help them escape their poverty.
